Requirements

12+ years’ experience in shopper marketing, retail activation, or below-the-line agency environments
Proven Director or Senior Account Director
Demonstrated track record of growing accounts year-on-year
Strong FMCG and retail client background
Experience influencing executive-level stakeholders
Deep understanding of retail ecosystems and shopper conversion strategy
Experience contributing to agency new business wins

Preferred

Experience leading shopper activation at scale across multiple markets.
Proven track record of turning executive relationships into revenue growth.
Strong ability to translate data insights into scalable growth plans.
