We envision a world where everyone affected by brain injury feels resilient and connected because a path to holistic well-being is always accessible.Founded in 2014 by brothers Kevin and Adam Pearce, after Kevin’s severe TBI before the 2010 Olympics, LoveYourBrain offers free, research-backed programs that foster community and resilience for the brain injury community.Our Programs:LoveYourBrain Mindset Online: Online yoga, mindfulness & education to build resilience for the brain injury community.Community Retreats: Multi-day in-person experiences for people with TBI and their caregivers.Teacher Training: Certifying yoga teachers, group facilitators, and anyone interested in teaching TBI-friendly yoga and meditation.Health Professionals Training: Specifically designed for health professionals working in inpatient to post-acute brain injury services for patients with traumatic brain injury, stroke, and other forms of ABI. Meditation and Yoga Library: Guided meditations, educational videos, community stories, and informative posts focusing on rest, resilience, awareness, and community connection.Since 2014, we have served over 57,000 people worldwide. In 2023, Adam Pearce, co-founder and Executive Director of LoveYourBrain, was named a CNN Hero in recognition of his leadership and LoveYourBrain’s contributions to the brain injury community.
