  • Operations & Quality: manage deadlines, budgets, and processes to raise efficiency and deliver high quality work.
  • Team & Strategy: coach juniors, ensure narrative consistency, and drive annual comms planning and program execution.

Job Description

Own patient-centered corporate comms for healthcare clients by leading editorial strategy, aligning with client goals, and mentoring the team to deliver messaging with tone and voice consistency.

  • Editorial Leadership: oversee planning, SME interviews, drafting, editing, and messaging that resonates with HCPs, patients, policymakers, investors, and pharma peers.
  • Account Operations: ensure quality, deadlines, budget management, and identify process improvements to drive efficiency across accounts.
  • Team Leadership: mentor junior staff, coach delivery, and maintain consistency with client narratives and voice across all deliverables.
  • Strategic Planning: contribute to annual corporate comms plans including goals, strategies, and tactics; manage research, planning, and campaign execution.
  • Client Collaboration: maintain deep understanding of client objectives and translate them into strategic messaging and content for diverse stakeholders.
  • Positioning & Voice: uphold expert knowledge of client narratives and ensure consistent tone across all channels and outputs.
  • New Business & Growth: identify opportunities for organic growth and cross-team collaboration within existing client accounts.
  • MSL Alignment: apply positioning and goals to reflect MSL values and messaging in client work.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: work with editors, SMEs, legal/regulatory review, and senior executives to finalize content.
  • Quality & Standards: enforce editorial quality controls and ensure deliverables meet client and industry standards.
