Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, or similar role
- Strong experience in SEO (technical, on-page, and local SEO)
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns (Google Ads, PPC, LSA)
- Experience with website platforms such as WordPress and/or Webflow
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting tools (Looker Studio preferred)
- Experience with conversion tracking, tagging, and analytics platforms Working knowledge of APIs, data integrations, and marketing systems
- Coding experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript required; additional languages a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

- Strong front-end web development and technical troubleshooting experience, with the ability to implement and maintain marketing-related website functionality, tracking, integrations and landing pages.
- Experience in home services or multi-location businesses
- Familiarity with tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager
