Responsibilities

Design and implement marketing operations systems, tools, and processes to support launch and commercial growth.
Stand up marketing project management frameworks, campaign workflows, and agency management processes from the ground up.
Develop scalable processes for program management, vendor oversight, and cross-functional workflow optimization.
Ensure launch readiness across people, process, and technology.
Manage the marketing technology stack and digital infrastructure.
Lead the market research strategy (primary and secondary) to inform DURAVYU commercial decisions.
Design KPIs, dashboards, and attribution models to budget and measure the effectiveness of HCP, P2P, patient, and field marketing investments.
Manage analytics for marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and program ROI.
Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations for marketing and functional leads.
Oversee key external research vendor relationships.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
12+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology marketing operations, commercial operations, or marketing analytics experience.
Experience building marketing operations infrastructure in a pre-launch or early commercial environment.
Proven expertise in marketing analytics, performance measurement, and ROI modeling.
Experience managing MLR review processes and promotional compliance.
Strong project management and vendor management skills.
Experience managing large marketing budgets and agency relationships.
Knowledge of retina disease space, HCP engagement models, and specialty pharma marketing.
Expertise in marketing technology, CRM systems, and digital analytics platforms.
Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred

Ophthalmology or retinal disease market experience.
Experience with congress and conference operations management.
Experience with buy-and-bill market models and physician-administered therapies.
Biotechnology launch experience within a pre-commercial or emerging-growth organization.
