Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end trade show and conference logistics, including vendor coordination, budgeting, staffing, metrics tracking, and on-site execution, ensuring high-quality experiences and results delivery
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to identify key accounts and develop tailored marketing strategies that engage prospects
• Work effectively across GTM to provide campaign and demand programs for pre-event and post-event support, ensuring the delivery of event KPIs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event marketing or trade show management within a B2B SaaS or technology environment
• Proven history of managing trade shows and conferences end-to-end, including strategy, logistics, vendor management, and on-site leadership
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events, deadlines, and stakeholders while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track metrics, evaluate event ROI, and optimize programs based on performance insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and represent the brand professionally at events
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a bias for action—comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
