Job Description

Responsibilities

Own and manage performance marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, and other acquisition channels
Develop, launch, and optimize campaigns designed to drive customer acquisition, membership growth, lead generation, and studio-level revenue
Partner on lifecycle marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and stickiness, including through organic social, email/SMS, mobile app and other media
Support new franchise studio openings with launch marketing plans, paid media campaigns, local awareness strategies, and performance reporting
Manage campaign budgets, pacing, forecasting, and optimization to improve CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall marketing efficiency
Partner with internal teams and external agencies to develop high-performing creative, landing pages, offers, and campaign messaging
Communicate marketing strategies, tactics and rationale to stakeholders
Build repeatable marketing playbooks and systems that can be used at franchise locations
Track and report on campaign performance, funnel metrics, attribution, and growth KPIs for leadership and franchise stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve the customer acquisition funnel, including landing page conversion, lead nurture, booking flow, and offer strategy

Requirements

4+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, paid media, or digital acquisition
Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, or similar channels
Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, including CAC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, LTV, and payback period
Experience managing paid media budgets and optimizing campaigns based on performance data
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar platforms
Ability to work cross-functionally with creative, operations, sales, and external partners
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns, markets, and priorities at once
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field

Preferred

Experience in franchise, multi-location, membership-based, wellness, fitness, beauty, hospitality, retail, or consumer services businesses
Digital ad agency experience
Experience supporting local market launches, grand openings, or location-based customer acquisition campaigns
Experience working with franchisees, operators, or local business owners
Experience with email/SMS marketing, engagement, and lifecycle marketing
