Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans across AWS Software & Technology partners globally to build awareness, generate demand and drive pipeline and revenue.

Develop targeted marketing programs aligned with business priorities that engage and nurture prospects throughout the buyer's journey, measuring and optimizing performance against goals and driving conversion and revenue growth.
Collaborate with partners and Geo based partner teams to execute programs regionally and serve as an expert resource on marketing processes and guidelines for partners.
Identify specific use-cases, customer personas and industry verticals to build and deliver joint value propositions for using AWS.
Ideate, build, execute, measure, and optimize programs that deliver value to customers and partners as both the musician and the composer.

Requirements

6+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Preferred: Experience with large ISV partners and partner marketing programs

Preferred

Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
