The Sr. Associate, Paid Media would be responsible for executing day-to-day digital and traditional media planning/buying and client service activities associated with assigned accounts, with an emphasis on digital media management.
Must be a problem solver and professional in all communications both inside the agency and with clients. Sr. Associates must bring good interpersonal communication skills, collaborative spirit and solution-oriented thinking to deliver strategic support to client work.
Media Planning and Buying: Reviews media brief and sets planning process in motion Creates Request for Proposal (RFP) and develops consideration list of appropriate publishers or vendors Reviews partner proposals and filters/compiles most compelling proposals Support in development of holistic media plan recommendations which deliver on client media objectives Support development of internal or external presentation materials and adapts/finalizes based on internal and external feedback Support financial management by managing campaign pacing and supporting in monthly billing processes Works with Creative team (within agency and/or client) on ad development to ensure creative is delivered to spec and supports media strategy Works directly in Google Campaign Manager and/or other ad serving and reporting platforms, training junior members when needed. Works directly in social platforms to execute, manage, and optimize campaigns. When applicable, executes self-serve programmatic campaigns through self-serve partner DSPs. Assists with campaign reporting activities based on agreed upon client cadence Compiles and analyze relevant metrics on an ongoing basis to optimize media plans, media schedules, analyze media alternatives to make optimizations and sound recommendations Manages campaign execution from start to finish in partnership with account lead Supports the needs of direct manager and supporting media team members
External Relationship Management: Assists account lead in maintaining and growing successful relationships with internal stakeholders and clients. In addition, will predominantly lead select client relationships with assistance from Manager. Participates in internal and external client meetings and presentations as needed Works closely with vendors to develop productive working relationships that drive results for clients Has the dedication to stay ahead of the latest innovations and media marketplace trends, expertly sharing experience in a collaborative and consultative manner

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of experience planning and buying paid media campaigns
Experience planning and buying across online and offline media channels
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with client and Resolute team leads, Finance, and outside vendors. Can demonstrate small group presentation skills.
Excellent analytical skills and understanding of KPI’s and attribution
Experience working with Google Campaign Manager or other relevant 3rd Party Ad Servers
Experience executing self-serve programmatic campaigns with DSP platforms.
Experience working with media management tools (e.g. Mediaocean)
Experience executing campaigns directly within social media Ads Managers, including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Google Analytics Certification is a plus
