Job Summary

Own the end-to-end social content process from ideation and production to performance evaluation across platforms, collaborating with Social and Creative teams to execute campaigns and adapt to trends.

Create new and optimize existing content to assist in the building of the social media calendar in alignment with overall brand calendars and objectives .
Shoot and edit day-to-day content in the form of (but not limited to) photos, graphics, Stories, videos, and GIFs primarily for our social media channels based on brand objectives and current social media trends.
Consistently ideate and pitch fresh new creative concepts for (but not limited to) Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
Collaborate with the Social and Creative teams to understand deliverable expectations, communicate needs, provide updates on timelines and problem-solve any issues that arise.
Assist in the planning and implementation of everyday and long-term social media strategy and campaigns.
Produce social content to be utilized on social platforms, social commerce, eCommerce and in paid media based on brand objectives and current social media trends.
Attend internal and external events for Social Media team, including support in concepting, building shot lists, capturing footage and creating final content.
Monitor recent social media topics and trends to evaluate, incorporate and leverage as applicable to brand objectives .
Monitor KPIs such as engagement, VCR and reach to evaluate success of social creative campaigns.
Maintain social content libraries and social media tools to stay current with evolving platforms.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent is required. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
Minimum of five years of professional-level social media marketing experience, with a focus on content creation (graphic design & video) for key social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube , LinkedIn etc.) is required .
Strong design and social portfolio that demonstrates social media design experience. Online portfolio required with candidate submission.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite Required.
Travel up to 25% required.
