Job Summary

Own the end-to-end product and shopper marketing agenda for Rosina Foods, shaping category strategies, launches, and in-store activation to drive retail growth.

Market-driven product strategy and GTM planning
In-store activation, merchandising, and retail media execution
Cross-functional collaboration with R&D, culinary, and sales to deliver winning products and retailer-specific programs

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead product positioning and go-to-market strategy for assigned categories
Drive commercialization efforts from concept through launch
Translate consumer insights and market trends into actionable product strategies
Partner closely with R&D, culinary, and sales teams to develop winning products
Develop retailer-specific marketing and growth strategies
Own shopper marketing activation calendars and promotional plans
Execute merchandising, retail media, and in-store activation programs
Support key account planning and customer sell-in strategies
Lead integrated marketing programs across digital, retail media, and in-store channels
Manage agency partners and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ensure strong brand consistency and execution across all shopper touchpoints
Analyze program performance, ROI, and retail impact
Monitor category trends, shopper behavior, and competitive activity
Continuously optimize campaigns and activation strategies

Requirements

5–8+ years of experience in CPG marketing, shopper marketing, or trade marketing
Experience developing successful shopper marketing programs with measurable retail results
Strong understanding of retail strategy, merchandising, and promotions
Experience partnering with sales and supporting major retail accounts
Excellent project management and communication skills
Food manufacturing or frozen food industry experience preferred
Experience with retail media and digital activation is a plus
Ability to travel approximately 20%
