Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, edit, and post YouTube and TikTok content
Handle photo editing for thumbnails and visual assets
Develop content ideas that connect with musicians, gear enthusiasts, and buyers
Track performance analytics and adjust strategy accordingly
Collaborate with store staff to highlight gear, artists, and stories worth telling
Appear on camera as a regular presence across YouTube and TikTok content

Requirements

Hands-on experience/knowledge of operating cameras, lighting, and pro audio equipment
Proficient in video editing software - Adobe Premiere preferred, but other professional tools considered
Comfortable and natural on camera
Experience creating YouTube and/or TikTok content (show us your work)
Understands long-form video including pacing, structure, and retention. Comfortable reading and acting on analytics.
Very Strong Preference: guitar proficiency, enough to demonstrate on camera
