Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy aligned with brand goals for both wholesale and direct-to-consumer audiences
Create engaging, on-trend video content showcasing products, behind-the-scenes processes, styling ideas, and brand storytelling
Stay ahead of TikTok trends, sounds, and challenges, adapting them to fit brand identity
Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to highlight new collections and product launches
Manage day-to-day operations of TikTok accounts across multiple brands
Schedule and publish content consistently
Monitor comments, messages, and community engagement, responding in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
Set up, manage, and optimize TikTok Shop for in-house brands
Upload and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and inventory

Requirements

2+ years of experience managing TikTok accounts or short-form video platforms
Proven track record of creating viral or high-performing TikTok content
Experience with TikTok Shop or social commerce platforms preferred
Strong understanding of fashion, apparel, and retail trends
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools)
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred

Experience in apparel, fashion, or wholesale/retail environments
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and product merchandising
On-camera presence or ability to direct talent effectively
Knowledge of paid TikTok advertising strategies
