Build and maintain strong relationships with budtenders, store leadership, and retail partners
Maintain and improve brand visibility, displays, and merchandising standards
Conduct budtender trainings to increase product knowledge and sell-through
Capture, monitor, and report market insights including customer feedback, pricing, and competition
Support Sales priorities including promotions, restocks, and account needs
Track performance metrics and sales impact of activations and campaigns
Manage and distribute field marketing materials and maintain inventory
Complete all reporting, recaps, scheduling, and communication accurately and on time using internal tools

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in brand ambassador, merchandising, retail, or customer-facing roles
Proven ability to work in field-based roles with minimal supervision
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must possess a valid form of government identification
Employees must maintain a residence that enables them to reliably report to assigned event locations within their designated territory, defined as a typical commute of approximately 25 miles
Must maintain a valid driver’s license if driving is required
This is a field-based, part-time, non-exempt position scheduled 12-24 hours per week based on market needs and event volume; must have consistent availability to support retail activations during peak business periods, including Wednesday through Saturday, with primary execution windows between 12:00 PM–3:00 PM and 4:00 PM–7:00 PM
Must be able to work on national cannabis-related holidays (e.g., 4/20, 7/10, Green Wednesday) and other holidays, based on business needs

Preferred

Experience in cannabis, beverage, or CPG industries preferred
