Job Description

Responsibilities

tracking advertising costs, researching consumer behavior, creating targeted audiences, and exploring market trends and opportunities
Scalable Execution: Manage and optimize high-volume Meta and Google PPC campaigns for 200–250 multi-unit locations within a fast-paced agency environment.
Strategic Reallocation: Frequently audit portfolio performance to identify diminishing returns and proactively shift budgets.
Rigorous Budget Expertise: Maintain extreme attention to detail while managing complex, multi-location budgets, ensuring precise pacing and zero overspend across all platforms.
KPI-Driven Critical Thinking: Continuously analyze performance against core KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS,) to diagnose dips and implement immediate strategic pivots.
Internal Strategy Consultant: Proactively identify "low-hanging fruit" and digital growth opportunities, advising internal teams on how to improve performance for specific partner locations.
Full-Funnel Attribution: Analyze customer intent and sales funnels to bridge the gap between digital spend and localized sales results.

Requirements

2+ years of experience working with a variety of paid media channels, including; paid social, YouTube, display and paid search at a leading marketing agency.
Demonstrable experience with campaign planning, optimization, and analysis.
The ability to think adeptly around both creative and analytics and an understanding of how they work together to drive a return on investment.
A strong grasp of performance media best practices.
Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads. (Bonus points for experience with others such as Snap, TikTok, Twitter, and so on.)
An understanding of digital ad tech, inducing the ability to work with conversion tracking systems.
Aptitude for working with and gaining insights from data
Strong MS Excel skills, including the use of functions, filters, and pivot tables.
Understanding of common paid media metrics as well as broader digital subscription metrics such as LTV, churn rate, etc.
The ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate that analysis into key insights.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work within a process management system while also proactively identifying areas for workflow improvement.
A desire to work with some of the brightest minds in the industry.
Real-world experience as a Digital Analyst or in a similar role.
Expertise in Google Analytics.
In-depth understanding of SEM campaign strategies and SEO practices.
Experience with PPC campaigns.
Knowledge of MS Excel.
Analytical abilities.
BSC in Marketing or a relevant field.
