Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, promoting, and executing credit union events, including community outreach and events at the North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre in Chula Vista
  • Develop engaging content for social media platforms, email campaigns, and website updates
  • Monitor social media engagement, track performance metrics, and suggest strategies to enhance reach and interaction
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, member needs, and opportunities for outreach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts
  • Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team as needed

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Ability to work 100% in the office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (X,TikTok, Snapchat) and digital marketing tools
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends for events
