Job Description

Responsibilities

Execute and maintain comprehensive brand strategies for easy@Home and Premom to strengthen market presence and drive revenue.
Lead the B2C commercialization process, ensuring new products are successfully launched and positioned to capture market share in the home healthcare sector.
Align brand messaging and visual identity across all platforms to ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey.
Exercise full ownership of external agency relationships, serving as the primary lead for creative development, media buying, and specialized marketing initiatives.
Apply advanced project management skills to oversee complex workflows, ensuring all agency deliverables are on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards.
Manage brand marketing budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment (ROI) across all external partnerships.
Collaborate closely with product development to ensure branding and messaging align with product innovations.
Provide high-level design acumen to oversee the development of product packaging, ensuring it is both functional for the healthcare space and aesthetically compelling for the consumer.
Align packaging and product marketing strategies with overall company goals to drive customer engagement.
Partner with internal teams on multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, influencer, and email.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in brand management, specifically within healthcare, women’s health, wellness, or consumer goods.
Commercialization: Proven experience in B2C commercialization, taking products from development to market leadership.
Agency Management: Strong grasp of project management with a proven ability to lead and hold external agencies accountable for high-quality creative output.
Design Skills: Strong design acumen with experience overseeing product packaging and brand aesthetics.
Technical Skills: Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights.
Industry Passion: A deep-seated interest and background in women’s health, fertility, and home healthcare.
