Job Description

Drive end-to-end email campaigns and onsite promotions to boost bookings for a Las Vegas travel brand.

Own weekly promotional emails and one-off campaigns - building, QAing, and deploying sends.
Determine email content strategy by analyzing sales performance and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize offers and narratives.
Oversee CMS content optimization for website and landing pages to improve SEO and conversions.
Own onsite merchandising strategy and promotional placements, directing asset creation, scheduling, and prioritization.
Analyze performance data (GA4, Looker Studio) and implement changes to improve results.
Develop and execute social content plans to grow audience and engagement across key platforms.
Oversee social community interactions to maintain brand presence and identify opportunities.
Collaborate with Creative, Product, and Partner Management to align messaging and priorities.
Define and manage workflows, editorial calendars, and timelines to ensure on-time execution across marketing initiatives.
Conduct competitive research and surface insights relevant to Las Vegas travel and entertainment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant field, or equivalent practical experience
2+ Years of hands-on digital marketing experience
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Comfort with Excel/Google Sheets and basic analytics concepts
Excellent organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
Exposure to email/CRM tools (e.g., Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
Experience using a content management system (CMS)
Basic understanding of SEO principles
Familiarity with analytics platforms such as GA4 or Looker Studio
Experience with social scheduling tools and content calendars
Data organization and basic analytics
Project coordination
Clear, collaborative communication
Proactive and eager to learn
Organized and detail‑oriented
Collaborative and team‑focused
Able to adapt in a fast‑moving, deadline‑driven environment
