Job Description

Responsibilities

Create social-first video and graphic assets for Instagram and TikTok.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate benefit information into engaging social content.
Build and maintain weekly publishing calendars and meet output goals.
Write scripts and voiceovers that align with brand voice, tone, and guidelines.
Capture video and photo content in a studio setting and at events as needed.
Collaborate with Marketing, Talent, Editorial, and Events partners on benefit-focused campaigns and moments.
Stay current on platform updates, trends, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
Apply basic performance signals to optimize content and improve engagement.

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in content creation, social media, or brand marketing.
Experience creating for Instagram and TikTok, including platform-native formats and trends.
Strong writing skills, including copy and voiceover scripts aligned to brand guidelines.
Comfortable working both on-camera and behind the camera.
Ability to capture high-quality photos and videos using a smartphone.
Experience using common video and graphic editing tools (for example, CapCut, Instagram editing tools, Adobe Premiere).
Strong communication skills and a collaborative working style.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to producing consistent, high-quality output.

Preferred

Familiarity with credit card benefits and the travel and lifestyle landscape.
Experience with social content planning and calendar management.
Experience with design tools such as Canva.
