Responsibilities

• Assist with creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms
• Capture photos and videos of café products, drinks, events, and customer experiences
• Help create reels, stories, graphics, and promotional flyers using Canva or similar platforms
• Support social media planning and scheduling
• Promote café events, specials, catering, and community partnerships
• Engage with followers through comments, messages, and social interaction
• Research social media trends and bring fresh creative ideas to the team
• Assist with content coverage during special events and pop-ups
• Help maintain the café’s aesthetic and brand presence online

Requirements

• Interest in social media, marketing, communications, hospitality, or content creation
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Canva preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Photography and video editing experience is a plus, but not required
