Job Summary

Own research-driven ICP profiling and content creation across B2C and B2B audiences, translating deep customer insights into social-channel content strategy and distributed publishing.

Study and synthesize target ICPs (user behavior, pain points, signals) to inform content across LinkedIn, forums, Reddit, and blogs.
Write SEO-friendly content tailored to each social channel and blog, then publish and nurture cross-channel presence.
Collaborate with researchers to map buying journeys and channel-specific engagement to maximize reach.

Responsibilities

Study the company & product inside out
Understand who our B2C customer is
Understand who our B2B customer is
Study everything about the customer's pain points, buying behavior, social channels they live on
Write SEO friendly content for each social channel
Post on Linkedin, Website, Forums, Reddit, Discord etc.
Guest posting
Blogging on our website
Note - A lot of research will be required for this role
Your job will be to study our company & target customer. Study multiple target ICP's - Figure out everything about them [ user behavior, pain points, buying signals, demographics, psychographics etc. ] - and then write multiple forms of contents for all of the different social channels out there
