Responsibilities

Day-to-day affiliate operations across LTK/RewardStyle, ShopMy, Walmart Creator, and Amazon — including link management, storefront hygiene, and collection upkeep
Sourcing and curating products with strong conversion potential that align with Taryn's style and audience
Posting and managing affiliate content across social platforms, including light editing and formatting
Supporting product styling and staging for photoshoots and content creation in collaboration with the content team
Tracking affiliate performance data and using it to inform product selection, timing, and posting decisions
Staying current on new arrivals, seasonal sales, and fashion trends across key retailers
Maintaining accurate reporting and communication with affiliate platforms and partners
Building and improving workflows and processes proactively — not waiting to be shown how

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or creator-led commerce — with direct responsibility for execution and results, not just strategy or reporting
Experience working directly with large-scale influencers or creators (significant followings, high-volume affiliate activity) — not just smaller accounts
Proven, hands-on experience with LTK/RewardStyle and/or Amazon Associates; ShopMy or Walmart Creator experience is a strong plus
Comfort managing the full affiliate workflow: link management, storefront upkeep, product prioritization, and performance tracking
Strong fashion sense and awareness of consumer retail trends — you know what sells and why
Self-starter mindset: you build structure where it doesn't exist and hold yourself accountable without being managed
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
Familiarity with social content formats (Stories, Reels, feed posts) and an understanding that this role supports content execution, not creative direction
