Job Description

Responsibilities

Own planning, execution, and optimization of multi-million-dollar media budgets across performance channels.
Lead discount programs and perks-based acquisition with partner marketplaces to drive incremental growth.
Collaborate with agencies to optimize bidding, targeting, creatives, and landing pages for scalable, profitable growth.
Identify opportunities to improve incrementality and reduce media waste across channels.
Manage perksite partners, offers, updates, and visibility with accuracy and timeliness.
Evaluate discount-driven performance, balancing CPA efficiency with customer quality and LTV.
Partner with finance, legal, and product teams to structure offers that protect margins.
Develop testing frameworks to assess incrementality and cannibalization of discount-based traffic.
Lead full-funnel acquisition strategies across prospecting, retargeting, and partner-driven channels.
Translate insights into optimization opportunities across media and perks programs.

Requirements

5–10+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or growth marketing
Hands-on experience managing media buying and performance channels
Experience managing or partnering with discount programs, perksites, or affinity/partner marketing channels preferred
Strong analytical skills with a focus on incrementality, CPA efficiency, and LTV
Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, product, creative, CRO and analytics teams

Preferred

Proven experience utilizing Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track user behavior and campaign performance
Experience managing day-to-day operations with affiliate networks and aggregators e.g., Impact.com, including link management, asset distribution, CRO and commission tracking
Experience in insurance, healthcare, fintech, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses preferred
Familiarity with employee benefit platforms, loyalty programs, or partner marketplaces
Experience with MMM, attribution modeling, or incrementality testing
Prior experience in high-growth or PE-backed environments
