Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain our WordPress website using Elementor Pro with full brand consistency, mobile responsiveness, and fast load performance
- Conduct brand audits to identify gaps and inconsistencies across all digital channels
- Build new landing pages, campaign pages, and service pages as we grow
- Set up and manage WooCommerce e-commerce functionality including product pages, payment gateway configuration, and CRM integration
- Maintain brand standards across all digital touchpoints
- Create new website content, service pages, and blog posts to build Transit & Flow's topical authority in the home services and plumbing industry across Columbus and surrounding markets
- Develop location-based service pages targeting Columbus, Dublin, Westerville, Hilliard, Grove City, Gahanna, Pickerington, Worthington, New Albany, Reynoldsburg, Lewis Center, Groveport, and additional suburbs
- Use RankMath and Google Search Console to track performance and identify keyword opportunities
- Optimize content for AI-driven search platforms including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
- Manage local citation building, structured link-building, and directory consistency
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor Pro, or a portfolio that demonstrates the same level of proficiency
- Proven success ranking local service businesses in competitive markets through organic SEO
- Working knowledge of RankMath, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Google Business Profile
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, n8n, or similar workflow automation platforms
- Experience with AI SEO tools, keyword mapping, and AI search optimization
- Familiarity with FieldPulse or ServiceTitan as a field service CRM is strongly preferred
- Experience with WooCommerce or other WordPress e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Comfortable in the field capturing professional-quality photo and video content
- Strong eye for brand consistency, design, and visual storytelling
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
Preferred
- AI brand video content creation experience (HeyGen, Runway, or Synthesia) is a strong plus
