Job Summary

Support and own hands-on execution of short-form content, influencer partnerships, and social campaigns to grow Almla Active’s brand across TikTok and Instagram, while coordinating creator outreach, posts, and campaign analytics.

Build and post daily short-form content on TikTok and Instagram, and help script and edit videos.
Coordinate influencer partnerships, gifts, and ambassador programs, and track performance across campaigns.
Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns and product launches, with social listening and trend research.

Identify key social media trends, outline scripts, and copy for videos, as well as film and edit videos
Arrange discount codes and affiliate links for TikTok creators, and research creators who create content aligning with Almla Active
Assist in running affiliate programs through TikTok Shop, Goaffpro, Almla’s ambassador program, etc.
Support the team in planning and executing marketing and influencer campaigns, as well as product launches
Pitch, film, create and upload short-form content suitable for Instagram and Meta Ads
Assist in influencer and partnership activations, as well as broadcast channel communications
Coordinate brand aesthetic and messaging across all social media platforms, as well as content generated through gifting initiatives, brand partnerships and events

Requirements

Currently enrolled student in college as a Marketing, Communications, Media Studies/Science, Public Relations, or related major
Strong interest in short-form content creation for TikTok
General understanding of social media and brand strategy, affiliate marketing and audience growth
Strong creativity, verbal and written communication skills
Basic video and photo editing experience (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
Currently enrolled student in college as a Marketing, Management, Communications, Media Studies/Science, Public Relations, or related major
Strong understanding and awareness of current social media and industry trends
Project management and campaigning skills
Familiarity with CapCut, Canva, etc.
