Job Summary

Own influencer strategy execution and client partnership workflows across multiple brands, translating needs into data-driven campaigns, guiding creative messaging, timelines, and compliance while coordinating budgets, invoicing, and cross-functional approvals.

  • Own influencer strategies and client-ready presentations across multiple clients and categories
  • Coordinate timelines, budgets, and approvals to deliver on contracted content on time
  • Ensure compliance with client and FTC guidelines while maintaining high-quality deliverables

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive client relationships by serving as the primary day-to-day contact to fulfill their needs relating to influencer marketing opportunities.
  • Support the Group Director, Influencer Marketing with the development of influencer strategies across multiple clients and categories.
  • Own the development and presentation of influencer strategies based on client needs and input.
  • Assist with project impact forecasting.
  • Review and develop creative strategies and messaging to share with influencers to ensure a successful campaign.
  • Develop project timelines.
  • Handle influencer negotiations.
  • Participate in contractual language discussions and amendment settlement discussions with our legal team to ensure support of the company and partners.
  • Track campaign progress and data consolidation for program reporting.
  • Manage influencer budgets and report back to people leaders to support the team's overall financial goals.

Requirements

  • 1+ years' experience in advertising or agency setting.
  • 3-5 years’ applicable experience.
  • Must have experience working with clients in the food and beverage industry.
  • Must have end-end management experience of influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management abilities and skills.
  • Prior experience with influencer management platforms such as Creator IQ, or similar.
  • Prior experience working directly with both clients and an internal, cross-functional team.
  • Experienced with programs like PowerPoint, Word and Excel to maintain complex spreadsheets.
  • Clear communicator.
  • Can organize and prioritize large amounts of information and multiple campaigns at the same time.
