Job Summary

Own and optimize influencer partnerships across campaigns, driving strategy, timelines, budgeting, and compliance to deliver high-quality client outcomes.

  • Influencer Strategy: Develop and present influencer approaches aligned to client goals and input.
  • Campaign Execution: Manage timelines, approvals, negotiations, invoicing, and delivery within CreatorIQ.
  • Quality & Compliance: Apply FTC/client guidelines and ensure data-driven reporting and impact forecasting.

Job Description

  • Drive client relationships as primary day-to-day contact for influencer marketing opportunities.
  • Support Group Director with influencer strategies across multiple clients and categories.
  • Own development and presentation of influencer strategies based on client needs.
  • Assist with project impact forecasting and timeline development.
  • Review and develop creative strategies and messaging for influencers to ensure campaign success.
  • Handle influencer negotiations and contract discussions with our legal team.
  • Track campaign progress and consolidate data for program reporting.
  • Manage influencer budgets and report back to leaders to support financial goals.
  • Oversee influencer invoicing and billing processes.
  • Ensure efficient and on-time delivery of all contracted content and provide content optimization input.
  • 1+ years' experience in advertising or agency setting.
  • 3-5 years’ applicable experience.
  • Experience working with food and beverage clients.
  • End-to-end management experience of influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management abilities and skills.
  • Experience with influencer management platforms such as CreatorIQ, or similar.
  • Experience working directly with both clients and an internal, cross-functional team.
  • Proficient with PowerPoint, Word and Excel to maintain complex spreadsheets.
  • Clear communicator and able to organize multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Team- and people-focused attitude.
