Job Description

Responsibilities

Create high-converting video ads (Reels, Stories, Feed)
Edit short-form videos (UGC style, testimonial, educational, hook-driven)
Design static creatives & carousels
Develop strong hooks and visual structures for paid traffic
Test multiple creative angles per campaign
Collaborate with media buyer for performance optimization
Analyze which creatives convert and iterate

Requirements

Proven experience creating Meta Ads creatives
Understanding of hooks, retention, and ad psychology
Experience with real estate, mortgage, or local service niches (preferred)
Ability to produce at least 5-10 creative variations per campaign
Proficiency in CapCut / Premiere / After Effects / Canva Pro
Strong understanding of mobile-first design

Preferred

Understand Speed to Lead importance
Have worked with Hispanic market campaigns
Can structure creative testing frameworks
