Responsibilities

• Design Engaging Visual Content: Create presentations, quarterly business reviews, reports, training materials, branding assets, promotional content, and digital signage that communicate key messages with clarity and creativity.
• Develop Branded Templates & Systems: Build and maintain customized proposal and presentation templates, ensuring visual consistency and a cohesive brand identity across all teams and touchpoints.
• Translate Data Into Visual Stories: Use data analysis and visualization techniques to transform technical and complex information into clear, digestible, and visually appealing formats tailored to diverse audiences.
• Lead Multimedia & Technical Production: Support multimedia and audio‑visual production, overseeing the full creation lifecycle—from concepting and asset development to workflow organization, quality control, and delivery.
• Manage Creative Workflows: Oversee production schedules, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, manage version control, and ensure timely, polished output across multiple platforms.
• Enhance Brand Presence: Partner with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to produce impactful visual communications that strengthen brand recognition and support business objectives.

Requirements

• Strong background in graphic design, multimedia production, or visual communication
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience with data visualization and presenting technical information creatively
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple ongoing projects
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to think both creatively and analytically

• Salary range: $55,000 - $75,000 based on experience.
