Job Description

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders across brand, marketing, and creative teams to define project scopes, establish timelines, and manage project lifecycles within Asana.
Efficiently manage project intake and conversion processes within Workfront.
Drive projects forward, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to ensure deadlines are met.
Lead and facilitate weekly creative status, review and project kickoff meetings.
Accurately capture, distribute, and follow up on meeting notes, action items, and other critical inter-team communications.
Successfully manage a diverse portfolio of concurrent digital projects across multiple brands.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow optimization to enhance team efficiency and project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of progressive project management experience, with a strong preference for digital project management within a creative or marketing environment.
Expert-level proficiency in project management software, including Asana and Adobe Creative Suite (specifically ProofHQ and Workfront).
Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
PMP Certification is a plus.
