Job Summary

Own leasing and resident experience in a property management setting, driving end-to-end leasing from lead to move-in while coordinating with the Community Manager on events, marketing and data reporting to hit occupancy goals.

Partner with marketing and on-campus events to fill units and improve metrics

Job Description

Leasing, Marketing & Resident Experience: own the resident journey from lead to move-in and maintain customer-focused interactions.
Sales Close & Data Entry: generate new leads, schedule tours, enter data in PM software, and follow up with prospects.
Community Marketing & Events: assist with social media promotion, on/off-campus events, and marketing tracking.
Policy & Resident Relations: enforce housing policies, resolve concerns, and escalate as needed.
Operations & Turn: perform opening/closing checklists, log activities, handle maintenance requests, and participate in Turn activities.
Meetings & Compliance: attend Landmark Lineup and staff meetings, follow Fair Housing guidelines, and maintain logs and compliance.
