Job Summary

Own marketplace content and catalog quality across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop with a focus on listings, launches, compliance, inventory health, and ads alignment.

Ownership: Manage and optimize listings, content, and backend data for three marketplaces.
Growth levers: Coordinate launches, promotions, A+ content, and content optimization to drive visibility and conversion.
Performance discipline: Monitor health metrics, competitor activity, inventory planning, and reporting to inform decisions.

Job Description

- Manage and maintain product listings across Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, and TikTok Shop. - Create and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend attributes, and enhanced content. - Monitor listing health, suppressed listings, stranded inventory, and catalog issues. - Coordinate new product launches and marketplace expansion initiatives. - Ensure marketplace compliance and maintain strong account health metrics. - Assist with keyword research and SEO optimization for marketplace listings. - Coordinate image updates, A+ Content, Brand Stores, Walmart Rich Media, and TikTok Shop content. - Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities for content improvements. - Support catalog organization, variation management, and product data accuracy. - Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment opportunities. - Coordinate inbound shipments to Amazon FBA, Walmart WFS, and third-party fulfillment providers. - Assist with forecasting and inventory planning. - Monitor stockouts, excess inventory, stranded inventory, and fulfillment-related issues. - Coordinate marketplace promotions, coupons, deals, and seasonal campaigns. - Support advertising initiatives across Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and TikTok Shop Ads. - Assist with pricing updates, promotional calendars, and product launch strategies. - Support A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion rates and sales performance. - Monitor key marketplace metrics including: Sales Revenue, Conversion Rate (CVR), Advertising Cost of Sales (ACoS), Total Advertising Cost of Sales (TACoS), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Buy Box Percentage, Inventory Health Metrics, Organic Ranking & Keyword Performance. - Build reports and dashboards to communicate performance insights. - Analyze trends and identify opportunities for growth? Provide recommendations to improve marketplace visibility, conversion, and profitability?metadata missing.
