Job Description

Responsibilities

Own shopper marketing strategy and execution in close collaboration with the VP of Sales and retail account teams
Develop and maintain trade marketing materials — sell sheets, retail presentations, feature support assets, and in-store signage
Coordinate promotional calendars with the sales team — ensuring trade windows, LTO timing, and retailer activations are planned and executed on time
Support line reviews and buyer meetings with commercial marketing assets that tell the brand story at shelf
Track and report on promotional performance, sales lift, and in-store execution quality
Own ecommerce marketing execution across Amazon, Instacart, Walmart.com, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and Faire
Ensure all product detail pages (PDPs) are current, optimised, and correctly syndicated across all retail and ecomm platforms — Syndigo, 1WorldSync, Airgoods
Lead Amazon marketing strategy — A+ content, brand store, sponsored ads, and Prime Day planning
Manage TikTok Shop affiliate program
Support Shopify DTC brand site with campaign landing pages, product updates, and promotional execution

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a commercial marketing role — ideally at a growth-stage CPG or beverage brand
Proven experience with trade and shopper marketing — understands how brands win at shelf, not just on social
Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms — Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or Faire
Experience with CRM platforms — Klaviyo preferred — including list management, flows, and campaign reporting
Familiarity with product content syndication — Syndigo, 1WorldSync, or similar
Strong analytical skills — comfortable building reports, interpreting performance data, and making recommendations
Excellent project management and organisational skills — comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
Proficiency with Google Suite, Asana, Canva, and Adobe Suite
Collaborative and solutions-oriented — thrives in a lean team where everyone owns their lane

Preferred

Experience in better-for-you beverages, functional food, or natural CPG
Familiarity with SPINS data, retailer portals, or syndicated data platforms
Spanish language proficiency
Experience working alongside or within a creative agency model
Comfort with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) as business efficiency and workflow tools
