Job Summary

Own worldwide GTM for Storage and Data Protection and build a high performing team that partners with ISVs, consultants, and SIs to drive adoption and revenue.

  • Own worldwide GTM strategy and revenue targets for Storage and Data Protection, including pipeline development and market share growth.
  • Lead a global Technical Business Development team and manage strategic partner relationships to surface needs and influence roadmap.
  • Create and scale adoption programs, migration frameworks, and reference architectures to accelerate on premise migrations and competitive wins.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Hire, coach, develop, and retain a world-class team of Technical Business Development specialists focused on Storage and Data Protection services
  • Own and execute the worldwide GTM strategy for Storage and Data Protection, including revenue targets, adoption goals, pipeline development, and market share growth
  • Define customer segmentation, identify high-value opportunity areas, and develop targeted go-to-market plays for key workloads and industry verticals
  • Build and scale programs — including workshops, immersion days, migration frameworks, and reference architectures — that drive customer adoption and accelerate migration from on-premises and competitive solutions
  • Partner with AWS service teams to influence product roadmaps by surfacing customer requirements, competitive intelligence, and market trends
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with ISV, consulting, and systems integration partners critical to the success of the storage and data protection business
  • Establish metrics and mechanisms to track business performance; deliver regular business reviews to senior leadership with clear insights and recommended actions
  • Drive thought leadership through whitepapers, customer success stories, executive presentations, and industry engagement
  • Collaborate with field sales leadership to align on territory strategies, account planning, and opportunity execution for strategic customers

Requirements

  • 6+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience
  • Knowledge of distribution networks and channel P&Ls
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent
  • Experience negotiating VP-level contracts with channel partners and agencies

Preferred

  • 5+ years of managing and developing high performance teams experience
  • Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures or equivalent
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Senior Leadership
