Responsibilities

Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as:
Facebook / Instagram Ads
Google Ads
Zocdoc, Psychology Today, latterly
Build and manage marketing funnels designed for local lead generation and patient acquisition.
Test creative variations, audiences, and messaging to improve campaign performance.
Onboard new clients and collaborate on advertising strategy and offer development.
Communicate campaign strategies and performance expectations with clients.
Manage multiple client accounts and oversee campaign performance across portfolios.
Track campaign performance and analyze advertising data.

Requirements

3+ years of experience running paid ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads).
Experience with lead generation funnels and conversion-focused campaigns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred

Experience in healthcare or medical marketing
Knowledge of marketing funnels and conversion tracking
Experience scaling campaigns across multiple ad accounts
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools
