Responsibilities

Develop and execute trade marketing plans that drive product adoption, reorder rates, and revenue growth across spa, medical aesthetics, and wholesale channels
Build seasonal promotional programs, incentive structures, and co-marketing opportunities tailored to professional account needs

Create and maintain a robust library of trade sales tools: sell sheets, category stories, competitive positioning, ROI calculators, and objection handling guides
Partner with the sales team to develop account-specific marketing support for key accounts and distributor partners
Develop onboarding marketing materials for new professional accounts to accelerate early adoption and first reorder
Support distributor partners with localized marketing assets, training decks, and co-branded materials
Own professional channel email marketing in partnership with digital operations — including campaign strategy, segmentation, and performance
Manage trade-facing content across the professional portal, printed collateral, and event materials
