Job Summary

Own the developer-facing growth for Apryse by building AEO/GEO systems and a trusted technical voice that surfaces in AI and search surfaces, while turning questions into practical code content and community engagement.

  • Growth through technical influence: craft AEO/GEO frameworks, content types, channels, and feedback loops that resonate with engineers.
  • Community as a moat: build and sustain a developer presence on Stack Overflow, Reddit, GitHub, and related spaces with hands-on, trusted guidance.
  • Content-to-ecosystem alignment: produce code samples, integration guides, and tutorials and align with product/DevRel to tighten docs and third-party footprints.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the AEO & GEO Strategy
  • Define and execute Apryse’s approach to Answer Engine Optimization and Generative Engine Optimization — the frameworks, the content types, the channels, and the feedback loops.
  • Monitor Apryse’s presence in LLM-generated answers and AI search surfaces (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and others) and systematically improve it.
  • Identify the queries that matter — “best PDF SDK for Python”,“how do I redact text in a React app” — and engineer Apryse into the answer.
  • Build Developer Community Presence
  • Execute an off-page strategy across Stack Overflow, Reddit, GitHub Discussions, dev.to, Discord communities, and wherever Apryse’s buyers are asking questions.
  • Show up as a trusted voice, not a brand account. You understand developer problems well enough to answer them, not just point people at the docs.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with technical influencers, open-source contributors, and community moderators relevant to Apryse’s ecosystem.
  • Create Technical Content That Gets Used
  • Produce and distribute code snippets, integration guides, tutorials, and answers that developers actually bookmark, cite, and share.
