Job Summary

Own the high-impact ecommerce growth agenda for premium fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands, shaping channel mix, creative strategy, and performance levers to drive profitable scale.

Growth ownership across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging channels with a focus on ROAS and profitability.
Coordinate creative strategy and optimization of hooks, messaging, and conversion psychology with in-house teams.
Advise founders on launches, promotions, inventory pacing, and customer acquisition strategies to sustain growth and brand equity.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Building and leading high-level growth strategies across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging channels
Identifying what truly drives performance across creative, offers, landing pages, merchandising, and acquisition funnels
Leading creative strategy conversations around hooks, messaging, positioning, UGC, founder storytelling, and conversion psychology
Helping brands scale profitably while maintaining premium brand perception
Analyzing business performance through the lens of MER, CAC, ROAS, AOV, CLTV, conversion rate, and overall profitability
Working closely with creative teams, media buyers, and retention teams to create cohesive growth strategies
Advising founders and marketing teams on scaling decisions, launches, promotions, inventory pacing, and customer acquisition strategy
Staying ahead of the ever-changing landscape of ecommerce, paid media, AI, and consumer behavior

Requirements

4+ years of experience in ecommerce growth marketing or paid social strategy
Strong experience scaling DTC brands, ideally in fashion, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle
Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager and performance creative strategy
Experience managing meaningful ad spend budgets
Strong analytical understanding of MER, CAC, ROAS, AOV, CLTV, contribution margin, CPMs, CTRs, and conversion metrics
Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Triple Whale, GA4, or similar ecommerce tools preferred
