Job Summary

Own the coordination and execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and social channels, translating campaign direction into briefs, maintaining deployment calendars, and ensuring on-time delivery.

  • Campaign orchestration: translate direction into briefs, QA/deploy lifecycle programs, and manage asset timelines.
  • Cross-channel logistics: coordinate creative assets, trafficking with media partners, and event logistics when applicable.
  • Performance and operations: support reporting, loyalty/promotions setup, and on-site event coordination as needed.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Utilize go to market calendars to build and scheduling email campaigns
  • Update and manage automated flows
  • Support execution of SMS campaigns, including scheduling, segmentation, and reporting
  • Translate campaign direction into channel-specific briefs and campaign setup needs
  • Support QA and deployment of lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Assist with loyalty program operations, promotional setup, and customer communication execution
  • Maintain campaign calendars, timelines, and deployment schedules
  • Coordinate creative asset trafficking and campaign updates with media agency partners
  • Assist with paid media reporting and campaign recaps
  • Monitor paid social engagement and escalate customer service concerns when needed

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, marketing coordination, or related fields
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms, Shopify, and/or SMS platforms preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Passion for outdoor, fishing, or hunting industries is a plus
