Job Summary

Build and coordinate direct IO partnerships by evaluating vendors, negotiating collaborations, and translating client business goals into effective paid media campaigns that leverage partner ecosystems.

  • Partnerships Evaluation: Broaden the vendor roster and ensure fit across display, video, social, email, and search.
  • Negotiation and Execution: Lead contract talks, RFPs, trafficking requests, QA, and cross-team alignment.
  • Strategic Campaign Translation: Convert client objectives into IO-driven media strategies that drive measurable outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Engagement and evaluation of media vendors to broaden and improve the partner roster.
  • Negotiate partnerships with vendors in coordination with other team members.
  • Understand and communicate the value proposition of IO partnerships for each partner and relevant technology and processes.
  • Ensure best practices in execution activities (setup, trafficking requests, optimization, reporting) and share knowledge across teams.
  • Coordinate digital partnership efforts (strategy and execution) with other media channels.
  • Build analyses, stories, and slides for client media plans and reports.
  • Manage communications with clients as appropriate.
  • Understand the client’s overall business objectives and translate them into effective paid media campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a digital agency environment working with media vendors, internal teams, and external collaborators.
  • Knowledge of direct IO partnerships’ roles in the media ecosystem, including familiarity with how these relate to tactics (display, video, social, email, search, etc.).
  • A deep understanding of managing direct partnerships, including vendor RFPs/evaluation/negotiation, in-platform plan setup, contracting, creating trafficking requests, post-launch QA, reporting, etc.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong track record of planning and executing branding, consideration, and direct response campaigns across various verticals.
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy and quality of all accountable responsibilities and deliverables.
  • Outstanding critical thinking skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with Prisma is required.

Preferred

  • Hands-on experience in typical media platforms like DoubleVerify and CM360.
  • Experience working with pharma clients is a plus.
  • Experience working in the HCP or Retail media spaces is a plus.
  • Experience managing others is a plus.
