Job Summary

Own and elevate regional performance in the Midwest North by building a scalable leadership team, driving process improvements, and aligning Sales and Marketing to forecast tour flow and lift financial performance for each business unit.

Growth & Ops: implement best practices and scalable processes across markets.
Leadership & Talent: recruit, train, and retain Retail Marketing Leaders to sustain momentum.
Forecasting & Performance: partner with Regional Sales/Marketing to forecast tour flow and analyze results.
