Own end to end casino events across multiple properties with budget control, compliance, and premium guest experiences.

  • Develop elevated playbooks, staffing models, and performance metrics to raise operational standards and guest satisfaction across promotions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, planning, and execution of large-scale special events, casino promotions, VIP experiences, and hospitality activations across multiple properties.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional departments to align event strategies with company initiatives and operational priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate, elevate guest experiences, and improve operational efficiencies across events and promotions.
  • Oversee all phases of event execution including complex operational timelines, concept development, logistics, staffing, vendor coordination, production schedules, transportation, guest services, entertainment operations, and post-event reconciliation.
  • Ensure all event documentation, operational packets, compliance files, production schedules, and SOPs are accurate, organized, and audit ready.
  • Develop and maintain elevated operational playbooks and execution standards for all events.
  • Develop event budgets and financial reconciliations for all assigned programs and activations.
  • Lead, mentor, coach, and develop event managers, coordinators, and operational teams to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, urgency, and service excellence.
  • Establish clear expectations, operational standards, and performance metrics for the events and promotions team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in special events, casino marketing, entertainment operations, hospitality, or large-scale promotions.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience managing teams, vendors, and cross-functional event operations.
  • Experience overseeing high-volume, fast-paced event environments with multiple simultaneous initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of casino operations, gaming compliance, hospitality operations, and promotional execution preferred.
  • Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming License
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Must be fluent and literate in English.
  • Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions, when handling guest and employee conflicts.
  • Must be able to maneuver from floor to floor via stairways (minimum of 200 steps) or by escalator.
  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time (6 to 10 hours).
