Job Summary

Own regional localization and events that connect local-market storytelling to a global content engine.

  • Regional Content Ownership: Localize assets and maintain a regional credentials library for sales conversations.
  • Events & Partnerships: Plan, execute, and report on regional events and sponsorships aligned with the global calendar.
  • Market Enablement: Feed regional insights into the global program and tailor nurture materials to regional buyers.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Growth Infrastructure: Adapt global marketing content for local relevance, audience fit, and cultural accuracy.
  • Content & Campaigns: Align with the global content calendar and identify localization priorities for your region.
  • Local Insights: Gather regional market input and feed it into the global content programme to reflect regional breadth.
  • Asset Management: Maintain a regional content library with localized assets, credentials, and regional case studies for sales and leadership.
  • Localization Support: Translate and adapt materials into local languages with translation partners or bilingual skills where relevant.
  • Events & Partnerships: Plan and deliver OLIVER's regional events programme including owned events and paid sponsorships, managing logistics and attendees.
  • Global Alignment: Ensure regional events connect to the global events strategy and broader content calendar.
  • Pre/post Event Marketing: Support local promotion, invitations, registration coordination, attendee communications, and content capture.
  • Operational Tracking: Maintain a regional events calendar and track spend against budget, raising purchase orders as needed.
  • Sales & Data Enablement: Support regional nurture, coordinate local prospect lists, and keep assets updated for regional conversations.

Requirements

  • Some experience adapting or producing marketing content for different audiences or markets.
  • Strong written communication in English with ability to adapt tone for formats and channels.
  • An eye for detail and brand consistency across materials.
  • Professional proficiency in a language relevant to your region is an advantage.
  • Some experience supporting event planning or coordination through work, study, or voluntary activity.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple moving parts without losing attention to detail.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving environment with quick problem-solving.
  • Understanding of how marketing supports sales and business development.
  • Experience maintaining databases, contact lists, or asset libraries with a clear method to keep information current.
  • Proactive and responsive with the ability to support a sales or business development team quickly.
  • Confident communicating with regional leadership with professionalism and good judgement about when to escalate.

  • Curiosity about how AI can improve the quality and efficiency of localization and content work.
