Job Summary

Own guest experience delivery at Hilton Grand Vacations by distributing promos, guiding guests, and maintaining CRM-driven dispositions while coordinating with Marketing and Fulfillment; you'll meet tour qualifications, enter data accurately, and resolve issues, with a flexible schedule and strong guest relations.

Coordinate with Marketing Management and Fulfillment to support pre-gifting and materials distribution.
Maintain performance standards and communicate challenges to leadership.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Distribute approved promotional materials and incentives to guests who meet tour qualifications as determined by Marketing Management
Accurately complete required documentation and enter guest dispositions into CRM systems (VOICE, CHORUS, Eclipse, Salesforce)
Provide location-based guest services and direct guests to appropriate resort resources
Maintain monthly Minimum Performance Standards
Review production reports and communicate challenges to management in a timely manner
Contact guests through onsite call campaigns using company CRM systems
Provide accurate information to the Fulfillment Department to support pre-gifting services
Deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining a professional and positive presence onsite
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by management

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ year of face-to-face consumer sales or marketing experience
Strong interpersonal and guest relations skills
Highly motivated and self-driven
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of the local area

Preferred

Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS)
