Job Summary

Own the end to end media planning and execution for a portfolio, coordinating across channels and agencies to hit client KPIs, budgets and deadlines.

Job Description

Execute media planning and buying campaign for your client portfolio on your channel in alignment with Mx Development guidelines (omnichannel strategy) and usage of appropriate decision frameworks.
Ensure the smooth running of campaigns respecting deadlines.
Ensure client satisfaction on the campaign delivery and performance.
Be accountable for reaching the target objectives/productivity plan, driving the trading teams in reaching their objectives.
Work with the team (Senior Planners through Account Director) to develop integrated communication strategy for your client base.
Leverage tools and research to develop insights and ideas.
Planning and execution of media plans as it pertains to assignment/agreed strategy (presentations, blocking charts, Prisma trafficking)
Work alongside specialized teams (SEM, social, programmatic) to integrate digital expertise where required.
Managing direct vendor communications including RFP requests
Ensure accuracy of computer input, estimates and planned data. Quality control of all components.
Issuance of schedules, documentation, financials required to keep the project/campaign on track, on schedule and within budget for the client
Support in financial discrepancy processing both with vendor and agency finance team
Understanding of BCR (Budget Control Reports) to ensure quality control across client financials
