Write compelling scripts, hooks (visual + verbal), and b-roll shot lists
Collaborate on talent casting and ensure alignment with each brand’s tone and audience
Provide creative direction for shoots and creator feedback
Work closely with our editor, graphic designer, creators, and project manager
Review performance results to identify creative learnings and new test angles
Stay on top of social and cultural trends shaping modern advertising

Requirements

1–3+ years of experience in creative strategy for UGC or paid social (Meta/TikTok/YouTube)
Strong copywriting instincts and understanding of performance-driven storytelling
Ability to craft thumb-stopping hooks and storylines
Experience writing ad scripts or briefing creators
Sharp eye for pacing, visuals, and tone
Portfolio or examples of successful UGC or paid social ad work
Self-starter who’s organized, curious, and passionate about creative strategy

Preferred

Experience across a variety of verticals (B2C, B2B, tech, service, etc.)
