Job Description

Responsibilities

MarTech Ecosystem and Integrations
- Manage and optimize connections across marketing automation, CRM, PIM, DAM, syndication, website, eCommerce and analytics platforms.
- Translate business needs into platform configurations, integration requirements and technical workflows.
- Partner with IT and vendors to implement integrations, troubleshoot issues and maintain system documentation.
Workflow Automation
- Identify and eliminate manual processes, duplicated work and unnecessary handoffs.
- Build scalable automations using approved platforms, native connectors and low-code tools.
- Test, monitor and improve workflows based on efficiency, adoption and data quality.
Master Data and Product Syndication
- Represent Marketing’s needs within master-data governance and product-information initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, information systems, business, computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Five or more years of experience in MarTech, digital marketing operations, eCommerce systems, platform integration or workflow automation.
Experience managing connected marketing platforms and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Working knowledge of APIs, data mapping, system integrations and low-code automation.
Strong project management, communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

Experience with PIM, MDM, DAM, CRM, marketing automation, product syndication, eCommerce or analytics platforms.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, STIBO STEP, Salsify, Google Analytics or similar systems.
Experience supporting a manufacturer, distributor or business with a complex product catalog.
Familiarity with SQL, JSON, XML, JavaScript, REST APIs or AI-enabled workflows.
