Job Summary

Own end-to-end demand generation and partner-led campaigns, manage tech-enabled ABM, and coordinate funnel metrics across Sales and Operations.

Own HubSpot instance and ABM layers (SlateCX) for scoring and sequencing.
Align MQL/SQL definitions with Sales and report funnel performance and targets.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Push, activate the channel (top priority)
Build and run partner facing campaigns, paid and organic, tailored to each tier: co-sell content for Cisco/Genesys, resale enablement for VARs, white-label enablement for service providers.
Keep partner battle cards, one-pagers and marketplace listings current, and build the follow-up sequence that turns partner and conference conversations into registered opportunities.
Pull, build end-customer demand
Build and run direct end-customer campaigns (LinkedIn, email, gated content) that get compliance and security buyers to the point of asking their partner for SecureCall.
Produce case studies and gated content that drive inbound capture, and route it back to the right partner.
HubSpot: own and operate the instance end to end, contacts, lists, sequences, workflows, lead scoring and pipeline reporting.
SlateCX: administer as the primary lead-scoring and conversion layer on top of HubSpot for ABM target accounts and re-engagement sequences.
LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Sales Navigator: build and run account-based paid campaigns against a pre-allocated campaign budget, separate from your retainer.
Secondary tools as needed: Reddit Ads, Google Analytics, and enrichment tools such as ZoomInfo or BuiltWith.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on B2B SaaS demand generation or performance marketing experience.
Direct, campaign and operations level HubSpot experience: build a sequence, set up a workflow, configure lead scoring, read a pipeline attribution report without support.
Experience running paid LinkedIn campaigns (Campaign Manager, Sales Navigator, account-based targeting) with measurable pipeline attribution; Reddit experience is a plus.
Comfort defining and negotiating MQL/SQL criteria directly with a sales counterpart, and reporting funnel metrics to management. This role has no CRM administration.
Demonstrated ability to build and run campaigns independently, without an agency or supporting team.

Preferred

Experience marketing into or through Cisco, Genesys, or a comparable UCaaS/CCaaS ecosystem, plus exposure to service-provider (white-label, multi-tenant) go-to-market models.
Background in cybersecurity, compliance technology, contact centre technology, or enterprise SaaS infrastructure.
