Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase census and occupancy rates across multiple nursing homes.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers to drive referrals and admissions.
Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Collaborate with facility administrators and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and community outreach programs.
Provide leadership and support to local marketing teams to achieve targeted census goals.

Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in the long-term care or nursing home industry.
Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive census growth.
Strong network of relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, and referral sources in the Buffalo area.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel within the region as needed.
