Responsibilities

• Be available for on-call scheduling based on business needs and market demand
• Accept and fulfill shifts across the Northwest Indiana territory
• Maintain clear and timely communication regarding availability
• Be prepared to cover last-minute or high-priority shifts when needed
• Host in-store tastings at liquor stores and retail locations
• Educate consumers on product profile, brand story, and tasting notes
• Engage customers in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner
• Encourage product trial and support sales conversion
• Represent Maxwell Park Tequila with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Communicate key brand messaging and differentiators effectively

Requirements

• Must be 25 years of age or older
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel within the territory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently without supervision
• Comfortable standing for extended periods (3–5 hours)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to adapt to a flexible, on-call schedule
• Outgoing, personable, and confident
• Strong storytelling and product presentation skills
• Sales-driven mindset

Preferred

• Experience in spirits, wine, beer, or beverage industry
• Bartending, hospitality, or event experience
• Sales or promotional experience
• Familiarity with premium spirits and tasting techniques
